SINCE 2022 · BOOTSTRAPPED · 28 PEOPLE

Built by people who got tired of unreliable SMS

Eveses is the SMS infrastructure we wished existed when we ran a fintech. One API, real refunds when carriers fail, and pricing that doesn't punish you for growing. No sales calls. No 30-day procurement. Top up $5, ship today.

Why we exist

Carriers drop SMS. Nobody refunded us.

In 2021 we ran a small fintech in Kyiv. Onboarding leaked: roughly 1 in 10 OTPs never arrived, and our SMS provider would shrug and say "carrier issue." We were paying for invisible failures while users churned.

The B2B providers we tested wanted yearly commits and quoted us in calls, not on a page. The cheap providers had a TG bot UX, no docs, and zero refunds.

So we built the thing in the middle: honest pricing on a page, an API a developer can ship in 10 minutes, and a real refund when no SMS arrives. Two engineers, one weekend prototype, three months to first paid team.

Four years later we're 28 people, still bootstrapped, still refunding every undelivered SMS automatically. We don't have an enterprise sales team — we have docs.

How we operate

Four principles, no slide deck

📜

Pricing belongs on a page

If you have to call us to learn the price, the product isn't done. Volume tiers and country prices are public.

💸

Failures are refunded

If no SMS arrives, you don't pay. Automatic, no ticket. We absorb carrier risk so you can size capacity honestly.

🛠️

Docs are the product

4 SDKs, signed webhooks, runnable curl in every section. If a paragraph could be a code sample, we'd rather it were code.

🔒

Less data, longer trust

SMS bodies purged in 30 days. No analytics SDKs in the cabinet.

Milestones

Four years, no pivot.

We started narrow — receiving SMS for verification — and have stayed there. Better routing, more countries, more languages, same idea.

  2. Jan 2023
    Refund-on-no-SMS shipped
Automatic refund became the default — credited to wallet within 60 s of timer expiry. Conversion on the pricing page tripled.
  3. Sep 2023
    100 countries · webhooks v2
HMAC-signed webhooks with 24-hour retry queue and replay protection. Joined by 8 engineers.

  5. Apr 2026 · today
    10M / month, 600+ services
3,400 paying teams across 190 countries. New cabinet shipped with operator + developer modes and the ⌘K palette.
