Abuse & Law-Enforcement
Eveses prohibits unlawful and abusive use of its platform, acts on legitimate abuse reports, and cooperates with law enforcement through proper legal process.
Report abuse
If you believe the Eveses platform is being used to harm you or others, report it to [email protected]. Please include what happened, any identifiers (phone number, IP, timestamp in UTC), and evidence. We treat reports confidentially and prioritise those involving fraud, safety or ongoing harm.
Prohibited use
Use of Eveses services for the following is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension:
- Fraud & account takeover — impersonation, phishing, unauthorized access to another person's account or 2FA;
- Spam & unsolicited messaging — bulk SMS/robocalls, mass unsolicited outreach;
- Illegal activity — anything unlawful in the applicable jurisdiction;
- Circumventing third-party protections in violation of a service's terms or applicable law;
- Harassment, threats, or CSAM — zero tolerance.
The full list lives in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse or withhold transactions, and preserve or disclose information where permitted or required by law. We aim to acknowledge substantiated abuse reports promptly and act proportionately to the severity.
Law-enforcement requests
Eveses discloses user information to law enforcement only when compelled by valid legal process appropriate to our jurisdiction — such as a subpoena, court order, warrant or a recognised international request (e.g. MLAT). Requests must clearly identify the requesting authority, the legal basis, and the specific data sought.
Emergency requests. Where there is a good-faith belief of an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, we may expedite review of a request submitted by a verifiable law-enforcement authority.
Send legal process to [email protected]. We may notify affected users unless prohibited by law or where notice would be counterproductive to a genuine emergency.
Data minimisation
We retain only what is necessary to operate the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations, and we delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed. We cannot disclose data we do not hold. Retention details are described in our Privacy Policy.
