Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of any third-party services they access.

Eveses does not encourage, promote, facilitate, or condone any illegal or abusive use of phone numbers.

Each customer is solely responsible for how they use the phone numbers purchased or rented through the platform.

The fact that a phone number is available through Eveses does not imply that it may be used in violation of another service's Terms of Service or applicable law.

Phone numbers available through Eveses are supplied by independent third-party providers.

Those providers are responsible for ensuring that the phone numbers they supply have been obtained and are provided in compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

Eveses takes abuse reports seriously. We review credible complaints submitted by rights holders, telecommunications providers, online platforms, government authorities, and other affected parties.

Following a good-faith review, Eveses may, where appropriate:

• suspend or permanently terminate user accounts;
• restrict or remove access to specific services or phone numbers;
• remove content or listings;
• terminate relationships with third-party suppliers;
• take any other reasonable measures necessary to prevent further abuse.

Eveses is committed to operating responsibly and welcomes cooperation with the owners of the services our customers connect to, as well as with telecommunications providers and rights holders.

We cooperate with legitimate requests made in accordance with applicable law. Eveses does not claim any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with any third party unless expressly stated. Upon receiving a legitimate trademark or intellectual property complaint, Eveses will promptly review the matter and, where appropriate, remove or modify the relevant content.
