Wallet & Deposits
Balance, top-ups, holds, refunds and auto-recharge — how money moves through your Eveses account.
How the wallet works
Eveses is prepaid: you top up your balance, charges debit it on finish, and refunds (expired/cancelled) credit it back. Everything is in cents in your account currency (USD by default).
Top up
Account → Deposits → New deposit — methods:
- Card (Stripe) — instant, 2.9% + 30¢ pass-through.
- Crypto (BTC, USDT-TRC20/ERC20) — credited after 1 confirmation.
- Wire — invoices ≥ $500, next business day.
Minimum $5. Deposits trigger wallet.credited on clearance.
Holds
When you create an activation, we place a hold for the upper-bound price. It converts to a charge on finish or is released on expired/cancel. Ledger at Account → Holds.
Refunds
Automatic: expired activations release the hold within minutes. For disputes, open a support ticket — agents can issue a refund against a specific activation.
Auto-recharge
Account → Auto-recharge: set a low-water mark and an amount. When balance crosses below, we charge your saved card once a day.

Spending alerts
Account → Spending alerts — get email/Telegram alerts when daily/weekly spend crosses a threshold. Useful for catching runaway automation.
