Phone verification in Laravel (PHP)
Wire programmatic phone verification into a Laravel app — provision a number, read the OTP, and confirm the user.
Install with composer require eveses/sdk, then provision and read in a controller or job.
$eveses = new Eveses\Client(getenv('EVESES_KEY'));
$order = $eveses->orders->create([
'country' => 'ua',
'mode' => 'activation',
'service' => 'yourapp',
]);
// store $order->order_id, show $order->phone to the user
// later — read the code (or receive it via a webhook route)
$o = $eveses->orders->sms($order->order_id);
$code = $o->sms[0]->otp ?? null;
$eveses->orders->finish($order->order_id);
In production, expose a webhook route and let Eveses POST the code to it instead of polling — verify the HMAC signature, then mark the user verified.
