Choosing a country for SMS verification

Price, availability and acceptance vary by country. How to pick — and let live data choose for you.

The cheapest country isn't always the best — a service may reject numbers from some regions, or a pool may be sold out. Three things to weigh:

  • Price per OTP (varies a lot by country).
  • Availability — is the pool in stock right now?
  • Acceptance — does the target service trust numbers from there?

Let live data decide

Rather than hard-coding a country, read the live pricing/availability and pick the cheapest in-stock pool for your service:

curl "https://api.eveses.com/api/v1/numbers/pricing?service=telegram"
# → per-country price + stock; choose the cheapest with stock > 0

Good defaults: Ukraine, India and Brazil are cheap with deep pools for most services; the US/UK cost more but are widely accepted. Each service page shows the current cheapest countries.
