System-wide proxy for Windows 10 and 11. 下の設定で Eveses の住宅用プールに向けてください。地域指定はユーザー名の中にあるので、国を変えるのに他の設定を触る必要はありません。

注意
The Windows system proxy is used by Edge, Chrome and most .NET apps, but NOT by WSL, Docker Desktop or anything using its own stack. Setting it and assuming everything is routed is how traffic leaks.

IP in the cabinet, or use Proxifier for authenticated system-wide routing.
