The Eveses panel in Opera
Opera is Chromium-based but keeps its own add-on store. To use a Chrome Web Store extension such as the Eveses panel, you first add Opera's own "Install Chrome Extensions" add-on, then install from the Chrome Web Store.
Numbers start at $0.09; an activation that never receives a code is not charged.
Opera's built-in VPN and the panel's proxy
Opera's free VPN and the panel's proxy both change where your traffic appears to come from, and only one can be in charge. Turn Opera's VPN off while you use the panel's proxy; otherwise the site may see the VPN's region instead of the country you picked.
Installing, once the listing is live
- Add Opera's own "Install Chrome Extensions" add-on from addons.opera.com.
- Open the Eveses listing on the Chrome Web Store; the button now reads "Add to Opera".
- Open the panel from Opera's extensions menu and pair it with your Eveses account.
Opera profiles and WebRTC
Opera profiles, like Chrome's, keep their own extensions and proxy setting, so a second profile can leave from a second country. Opera also has its own WebRTC option under Privacy; either it or the panel's WebRTC switch keeps your real address from leaking past the proxy.
Ce qu'elle ne fait pas
- Do not run Opera's VPN and the panel's proxy together.
- Routing is browser-wide, as in Chrome.
