Geo testing

Check prices, ads and content from another country

What a site shows depends on where it thinks you are: prices, currency, the language, which ads run, which products exist, whether a page loads at all. The Eveses panel switches your browser to a residential address in the country you pick, so you see the version people there see.

Residential traffic starts at $7.35 per GB; checking a few pages uses very little.

ماذا تفعل أيضًا

Who uses it

  • Marketers checking that an ad campaign actually runs in the target country.
  • Localization and QA teams confirming the right language, currency and legal notices appear.
  • Shoppers and analysts comparing a product's price across countries.

Residential, not datacenter

Many sites treat datacenter addresses as a different audience, or block them. A residential address is an ordinary home connection in that country, so the page you get is the one an ordinary visitor gets.

Do not forget WebRTC

Turn on the panel's WebRTC switch while testing: a page can otherwise read your real address over WebRTC and show you the wrong country's version anyway.

ما لا تفعله

  • It changes your address, not your browser language or time zone; set those yourself if the site reads them.
  • In Chromium browsers the proxy applies to every tab; use Firefox containers to compare two countries side by side.

أسئلة

Can I compare two countries at once?›
In Firefox, yes: open one container per country. In Chrome, switch the country between checks.
Which countries?›
The panel lists every country the residential pool covers; pick one before you switch routing on.
Does it work for streaming services?›
It is built for checking web pages. Streaming services have their own rules and many block proxies; it is not sold for that.
